Itinerary

We begin our Perito Moreno Glacier and Boat Tour by picking you up directly from your hotel in the morning. Accompanied by our professional guide, we will then head over to the Los Glaciares national park. Travelling along Ruta 11, we will get some fantastic views as we drive along the edge of Argentino lake towards Brazo Rico. When we get to the park, we will head along to the Curva de los Suspiros, where we will be able to get off the bus and see the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier for the first time. Further on, we’ll make another stop in Muelle Bajo Las Sombras where we’ll sail along the southern wall of the glacier. Once we are on the boat, we’ll sail closer to the incredible glacier walls. We will get close enough to truly appreciate the immensity of Perito Moreno, as well as see some of the constant ice landslides. As we get to the front wall, the boat will stop for a few minutes to give you a chance to properly take in the magic of the scenery and take some unforgettable pictures or films. The boat will take us on to the footbridges at the front of the glacier, from where we can get even more incredible views of Perito Moreno. The viewpoints, all at different heights, give you the perfect opportunity to see all the best sides of the glacier. You will then have some free time to watch the ice landslides and even grab some lunch in one of the nearby restaurants. We will bring our spectacular tour to a close in the afternoon when we will head back to El Calafate and drop you back at your hotel for the evening.
