Travel through desert scenery to Kings Canyon Resort. Pass through Curtin Springs and view Atila (Mt. Conner). After turning off the Lasseter Highway and onto Luritja Road your Driver Guide will provide commentary about the history of the surrounding cattle stations. Arrive at Kings Canyon Resort before dusk. You may have time to view sunset behind Carmichaels Crag to finish off the day.

Itinerary

Travel through spectacular desert scenery from Ayers Rock Resort, stopping at Angus Downs by luxury coach. Pass through Curtin Springs and view Atila also known as Mt Conner. If you are continuing on to Alice Springs this day, you will be dropped at Angus Downs for your transfer by luxury coach to your hotel in Alice Springs. After turning off the Lasseter Highway and onto Luritja Road your Driver Guide will provide informative commentary about the history of the surrounding cattle stations on the way to your accommodation at Kings Canyon. Arrive at Kings Canyon Resort before dusk. You may have time to view the stunning sunset behind Carmichaels Crag to finish off the day. During the summer months, Kings Canyon Resort offers drinks for purchase at the Sunset Viewing Area. Make sure you have some cash on you if you want to sip on a glass of wine or a cold beer while you watch the sunset.
