We are a small tour business and do our best to operate with small numbers however we do require a minimum of 4 guests to operate our tours. Should we only have 2 or 3 guests booked on a day, we will be in contact the previous day to outline your options: 1- An additional surcharge fee per person payable on the day (2 guests = $15 each, 3 guests = $10 each) 2- Suggest another day where the minimum number is met or 3- Cancel the tour for the day and refund our guests the full amount charged.
