Offering the thrill of dive and snorkel adventures at the Outer Reef, Silverswift is 29 meters of luxury catamaran custom designed for small groups of adventure minded people. Departing daily from Cairns, Silverswift will whisk you away for five hours at the reef to visit three spectacular Outer Great Barrier Reef sites at Thetford, Milln, Flynn and or Pellowe Reefs, each chosen for visual and ecological diversity. No prior experience is necessary to take an introductory dive. You all have an expert dive instructor by your side to guide you through an aquatic adventure to remember, experiencing the delights of this underwater world up close and personal. The ultramodern Silverswift has everything you all need to experience an underwater world of colourful marine life in safety and comfort. Features include a state of the art ride control system ensuring a super smooth journey, hydraulic dive and snorkel platform for easy water access, spacious deck areas, hot freshwater showers, change rooms and even a licensed bar to share tales of your adventure. This is the fastest dive trip from Cairns to the outer reef, giving you more time to play.

Itinerary

Board 8.00 for 8.30 departures 7.30 We will check in at the Silver swift Counter inside the Reef Fleet Terminal for your boarding passes for departure. 8:15 We will board the vessel later enjoy the complimentary morning tea or breakfast served. 8:30 We will depart from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal for the Outer Reef. On the outward journey, certified and introductory dive briefings begin. 9:50 We will arrive at first reef location. Divers gear up, while for snorkellers' their site briefing begins. Get ready to view the beauty of this natural wonder. 11:15 Silver swift departs for second reef location. Introductory divers and certified divers you will have the option to do a second dive. Snorkellers will be briefed for their site. 12:30 Enjoy the tropical hot and cold buffet lunch served in the air conditioned cabin. 13:40 Silver swift departs for third reef location. Snorkellers are once again briefed as to the best areas to snorkel through our guide. Certified divers will have the option to do a third dive or second introductory dive. 14:15 Enjoy the afternoon tea served in crew. 15:00 All passengers board vessel for final passenger count. 15:15 Silver swift commences return journey to Cairns. 16:30 Silvers wift arrives at Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. 16:55 Coaches depart for accommodation.
