Please note pick-up times may vary slightly depending on traffic. Unfortunately, we sometimes experience delays during our pickup run due to Melbourne’s increasing traffic congestion.

What to bring:
Sunscreen, water bottle, a hat and bathers for swimming (time permitting).

What to wear:
Dress appropriately for all weather conditions. Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn for hiking on this tour.

Conditions:
Due to the physical nature of this tour, we recommend a minimum age of 12 years but do not enforce an age restriction. We recommend a medium level of fitness for this tour being a nature-based walking tour. All travelling persons must book and have their own seats allocated for use. Any party arriving with undisclosed children will be required to pay our child's fare prior to boarding the touring vehicle. If there are no seats available for any undisclosed guests to occupy, the entire travelling party may be denied the opportunity to travel and will forfeit their fares.

We recommend you have appropriate insurance.

COVID-19 Health & Safety:
All touring guests aged 12 years & above are required to be fully vaccinated and must be able to demonstrate this or a valid medical exemption upon joining the tour.
Guest are required by law to check in using our QR code when boarding our touring vehicles and at present, it is mandatory to wear a fitted face mask at all times while inside the touring vehicle. Should any guest have an exemption from wearing a fitted face mask, they must be able to demonstrate this to their guide upon joining the tour.
Our touring vehicles are cleaned & disinfected both between & during tours to ensure that all high-touch surfaces are kept as free as possible from possible infection.
At regular intervals during the course of a tour, our tour guides will spray all air-conditioning intake vents with a hospital-grade disinfectant to ensure that any re-circulated air is maintained to the highest possible hygiene standards.
