We have options that are stylish but can be prepared in advance and use only a few ingredients. Our canapé menu features a lot of simple dishes from Japan, Thailand, China and Vietnam, which are not only a joy to assemble, they're really easy to go down too.
From spring rolls to sushi and satay, this cooking experience is about finger friendly snacks and canape. Fried chicken wings are our finger food staples. There are no canape more satifying than meat on a stick, and plenty of skewers with classic version of Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese flavour with hot soy and sweet
