A traditional Gaucho barbecue is served in Canela. Upon arrival have a taste of traditional Gaucho Chimarrao (tea, very popular in this region). After dinner, a folklore show with dances from the region and the Fandango will be performed.

Itinerary

After hotel pickups, the bus heads to Garfo e Bombacha Barbecue House, famous for the quality of the barbecue and the beauty of the environment, whose rusticity and resemblance to typical CTGs, refers to the most authentic Gaucho tradition. You will be greeted with chimarr√£o and house appetizers and after dinner, an incredible dance show with one of the best folkloric groups in the state.
