The centre is about 144,00 acres and houses more than 700 facilities, among which the notables are 525 feet tall Vehicle Assembly Building for stacking largest rockets of NASA, the Operations and Checkout Building, for housing crew quarters and 3 mile long Shuttle Landing Facility. More than 60 interactive, touch screen experiences and high tech simulators invite guests to be the astronaut, bringing to life the people, passion and patriotism behind a 30 year Space Shuttle Program of NASA as well as the complexity of the engineering marvel that launched the Hubble Space Telescope and built the International Space Station known as ISS.

Confront history in the making. Tour restricted areas, walk beneath the massive Saturn V rocket and take the opportunity to meet a real astronaut. You can also ride the Shuttle Launch Experience, the simulator that literally takes you out of this world. Experience the IMAX movies and walk around the incredible rocket garden. The Space Shuttle Atlantis Exhibit is not to be missed. This is an out of this world experience. It is a transportation only package for guests that already have tickets.
