• If required, please add further drinks in the next booking step or on the day
• You can make package changes subject to availability on the function day (e.g. swap the wine for a six-pack of beer or ciders)
• We’re sorry you can’t BYO alcohol and soft drinks (other than water/juice/coffee/tea), it’s a licensing thing

FAQs and Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum age to hire and drive a BBQ Buoy is 21 years
• Car licence required and must be presented on the function date
• You don’t need a boat licence!
• On the day of travel, we take a $100 security deposit which you receive back after your trip*
• After sunset, the operating area is limited to the river section between King William Street Bridge and the weir
• Public holidays and special events surcharge a minimum of 10% or as displayed where applicable

Cancellation Policy (Flexi):

• Cancellation: 14 days before the cruise
• Reschedule: 1 day before the cruise (only one reschedule per booking)
• Unsafe to operate on cruise day: Choose to reschedule within 365 days or cancel to receive a 100% refund of hire + 100% of drinks/extras

Weather Conditions:

• Bad weather/unsafe to operate: e.g. strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorm, temperatures +38°C
• Good weather: All other conditions, e.g. light rain with low wind speed, are acceptable, as are temperatures <38°C
• Decisions are based on the weather forecast 1 day before the function date. We'll contact you if needed!
