Additional drinks (can be added in the next booking step or on the day)
Package changes on the function day (subject to availability, e.g., swap sparkling wine for another wine, a six-pack of beers, or ciders)
BYO alcohol is not permitted due to licensing regulations

FAQs and Terms and Conditions:

Minimum age to hire and drive a BBQ Buoy is 21 years
A car licence is required and must be presented on the function date
No boat licence is required
A $100 security deposit is required on the day of travel and will be refunded after your trip*
After sunset, the operating area is limited to the river section between the King William Street Bridge and the weir
Public holidays and special events are subject to a minimum surcharge of 10% or as displayed

Cancellation Policy (Flexi):

Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the cruise
Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 day before the cruise (only one reschedule per booking)
If unsafe to operate on the cruise day, you can reschedule within 365 days or cancel for a full refund of the hire fee and drinks/extras

Weather Conditions:

Bad weather/unsafe to operate: Examples include strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or temperatures above 38°C
Good weather: Light rain with low wind speed and temperatures below 38°C are acceptable
Decisions are based on the weather forecast 1 day before the function date, and we will contact you if needed

Additional Information:

This extra combo must be booked within 24 hours of creating the order and cannot be added later
