This 2 Hour Surf Lesson is packaged and discounted for families. Enjoy 2 hours worth of step by step instruction from an experienced and qualified surf coach designed to teach you the foundations and framework developed by the International Surfing Association and Surfing NZ! Suitable for the family aged 6+, first time surfers, beginners or those wanting to refresh or refine techniques. We guarantee each surfer progresses through to their next level and we make sure you'll be standing riding waves on your first lesson! This lesson type runs on weekends and holidays during the summer months and selected bookings are available through the week.

Highlights

• Sunscreen, and towels are available for purchase from the Aotearoa Surf Shop if needed

Location

Whilst we are based at Te Arai, Black Swamp & Forestry we are a mobile surf school and also operate from Mangawhai Heads, Matakana and Orewa. We find Te Arai is always the best bet as is most likely to have the best surfing conditions over other surfing locations.

We meet 20min before your lesson at the Aotearoa Surf Shop at 11 Te Arai Point Rd, Te Arai for checkin and waiver process
