• The tour is not private, but shared, and the guide will speak in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• We do the tour, rain or shine. The day of the tour is chosen by the customer, therefore no refund will be generated in case of bad weather.
• Our company operates with several vessels, with varying capacities. Before starting each trip, it is necessary to obtain approval from the Military Navy, ensuring that we only work with vessels that meet high quality and safety standards.
• During high season in Rio de Janeiro, we experience common traffic due to its popularity. We started in Leblon, passing through several neighborhoods until we reached Lapa. Despite traffic challenges, our commitment to an enjoyable experience remains unwavering all the way to the final destination.
• On the tour, only flotation devices and swimming noodles are included free of charge for your enjoyment and comfort. The life jackets displayed on the boat are for emergency use only and must remain available at all times in case of an emergency. Additionally, we offer recreational life jackets for rent at R$ 35, for those who wish to have extra comfort during the activity.
• Please note that there is an environmental fee of R$10.50 per person, payable only during the tour. This fee contributes to supporting local fishermen and maintaining the city.
• The time indicated at the time of booking is merely indicative. One day before your tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp to send you the pick-up information.
• On days with a higher flow of tourists or in the presence of particularly heavy traffic conditions, we may adopt the use of specific meeting points for customer pick-up. This choice is made to ensure a more efficient organization of the tour, reducing waiting times and inconveniences caused by traffic. Therefore, we invite our customers to read this note carefully to be informed and prepared.
