
Cook Traditional Burmese Food in Mandalay
Bio:
Soe Moe worked as an Italian and English speaking guide for 13 years before starting a tour company. She lives in a three storey building which is her home, office and venue for her cooking classes. She learned to cook from her mother and elder sister and wants to share homemade, traditional Burmese dishes with travelers, so that they can get a sense of what locals eat on a daily basis.

Cooking Experience:
The cooking class and dining area is on the third floor of Soe Moe's home, especially built to conduct cooking classes. The place is modest, spacious and is equipped with all the tools for an individual cooking experience. You will learn to make three dishes during your hands-on cooking class. Soe Moe will first demonstrate how each dish is made before giving you the opportunity to create the dish on your own at your individual cooking station. Soe Moe, her sister and family will be around to help you prepare the traditional meal that you will share together.
Choose a starting time, either: 11:00am or 5:00pm.

Soe Moe can accommodate pescetarians, vegans, and kosher guests.
