Meet your local guide at the appointed time in the evening by the fountain in Plaza de San Francisco. Begin your evening by snacking at a family-run tavern, where you sample Spanish delicacies including vermouth and cold cuts, among them ham made from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. As you eat, your guide will share details about Spanish food and the story of flamenco in Seville. Following your tasty appetizer, head to a 15th-century building in Seville’s Santa Cruz area to enjoy a magical flamenco dance performance. Enjoy the drama and graceful movements of this unique Spanish music and dance style featuring world-class performers and top-notch musicians. After your flamenco experience, head to a contemporary tapas bar, where you’ll enjoy more mouth-watering tapas, with plenty of wine. You’ll finish in Plaza Triunfo, the heart of the city, a 5-minute stroll from where you joined your group.
