The Experience

Get up close and personal with Antoinette - our copper Alembic Charentais still - she's one of a kind in Australia. You'll taste our suite of spirits including the unaged Blanco apple spirit and several expressions of our Fine Apple Brandy. 

You'll enjoy cider and spirit tasting, matched with house made chocolate and local cheese. 

Groups are a maximum of ten people so you can get the most out of the experience. 

The Willie Smith's Apple Shed 

Also the home of Willie Smith's Cider, you can sample the range of ciders, enjoy the delicious menu of local and seasonal produce or peruse the apple museum to learn about the history of apple growing in the Huon Valley.
