• If the time you choose is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore by booking you are aware of this possible change and therefore we warn you so as not to have complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the 09:30 time slot and the Colosseum ticket office closes at that time you will be moved to the first available slot, at 13.30pm. Thank you.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times
• The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour
• Please leave a Whatsapp number where you will be contacted by our support once you have booked the tour with us
• Skip the line included, means you'll be in the fast line, not that you won't have anyone in front of you.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• It rarely happens, but if on the day of the visit, for security reasons and overbooking, the Colosseum ticket office cancels entry to the Arena, the Arena will be replaced with the Palatine, with the itinerary confirmed Guided Tour: Colosseum, Imperial Forums and Palatine, and the panoramic Arena. No refunds will be made, the arena will be replaced with the palatine.
• Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.
