Your cooking workshop begins in central Florence, where you join your instructor and fellow chefs. Enjoy a relaxed environment as you learn the traditional method of making pasta with a rolling pin, before mastering the modern technique by machine. Blend eggs, flour and other essential ingredients, and try your hand crafting different types of pasta and sauces, with help from your instructor as needed. To complete your culinary know-how, learn how to make an authentic Italian dessert. Afterward, take a seat at the table for your meal and enjoy the dishes you've prepared. Sip a glass of Tuscan wine and dig in with your newfound friends. When your pasta making class concludes, your instructor leaves you with Tuscan recipes to take home.
