Windsor Castle: Entry Ticket

• The 5 additional Semi-States rooms are currently unavailable to the public. They are expected to reopen in autumn
• Kids under 5 and carers of visitors with a disability get in free
• You'll be asked to place drinks and food in closed bags before being admitted to the Castle
• Leaving the castle for lunch and re-entering is possible with a re-entry permit from the Castle shop
• Evensong takes place in St George's Chapel at 17:15
• Lavatories and baby-care facilities are available
• Comfortable shoes are recommended
• Please note that your smartphone voucher must be exchanged for paper tickets upon arrival
• You'll be required to go through an airport-style security check. It can't be skipped and the lines are longest in the mornings
• In order to speed this process up and reduce queuing times, please carry as few bags and items with you as possible
• Please note that your ticket is valid for one visit only
• Please note that St. George's Chapel is closed on Sundays
