• Both tours: * Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot * Go to the meeting point in front of Starbucks at 24 State St, New York 10004, and show your smartphone voucher to the Attractions4Us tour facilitator to pick up your ferry tickets * The tour facilitator will be wearing a yellow uniform * You will be split into 2 different groups for the tour of Battery Park and afterward you will be escorted to the ferry line Self-Audio-Guided Tour: * Audio guides: Pick them up at the National Park Desk indicated "Audio Tour Pick-Up Here" on arrival at Liberty Island, and at the Customer Service Desk inside the Ellis Island Immigration Museum
• Free for kids under 2You will have to go through an airport-style security screening prior to boarding the ferry. Large baggage, packages, explosives, knives, weapons, coolers, tools, and maces are prohibited.Both tours:
• * Audio tours are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Russian and Arabic * Family friendly audio tours designed for children ages 6-10 are also available in the same languages * Depending on the queues, and time of year, any tour departing from 1pm onwards may not make it to Ellis Island before it closes for the day
