• On holiday & busy weeks, guests will be taken to the NASA Space Center first and do the Tunnel Tour following their return from NASA.
• Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
• Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
• Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
• In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
• 9:00 AM Tours may be pushed back to 10:00 AM in accordance with NASA's later opening time during non-peak season
• Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility or require frequent stops

• A full refund will apply if you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity start time.
• No refund is possible if you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time.
