Not included:

• Food (BYO food or contact our team to order optional Cheese and Meat grazers from $99.8)

• If required please add further drinks in the next booking step or on the day

• You can make package changes subject to availability on the function day (e.g. swap the sparkling wine for another wine, a six-pack of beers or ciders)

• We’re sorry you can’t BYO alcohol, it’s a licensing thing

FAQs and Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum age to hire and drive a BBQ Buoy is 21 years

• Car licence required and must be presented at the function date

• You don’t need a boat licence!

• At the day of travel we take a $100 security deposit which you receive back after your trip*

• After sunset the operating area is limited to the river section between King William Street bridge and the weir

• Public Holidays and special events surcharge min 10% or as displayed where applicable

Cancellation policy Flexi Option

• Cancellation: 14 days before cruise

• Reschedule: 1 day before cruise (only one reschedule per booking)

• Unsafe to operate on cruise day: Choose to reschedule within 365 days or cancel to receive 100% refund of hire + 100% of drinks/extras

*BAD weather/unsafe to operate: e.g. strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorm, temperatures +38 degrees C.

*GOOD weather: all other conditions: e.g. light rain with low wind speed are acceptable, so are temperatures <38.

*Decisions based on weather forecast 1 day before functions date. We'll contact you if needed!
