City Tour with Buddhist Temple and Mosque
Enjoy a city tour through downtown with a visit to the Buddhist Temple, the Muslim Mosque and Ecomuseum. Visit Brazil's largest Mosque and gain insights into the rich culture of Islam. Also, see the grandeur of a Buddhist Temple decorated with the regal statues of divine Buddha. Visit the Ecomuseum Museum, a cultural spot that symbolises the history of Itaipu. Also visit the thematic areas of water and energy, as well as a replica of the axis of a turbine at work where you can hear the characteristic sounds of the heart of the plant. The plant has a separate area where it has created a wall of fame sorts as a homage to the workers who helped in building this dam.
Itinerary
After hotel pickups, tourists contemplate visits to the Ecomuseum of Itaipu, the Muslim mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in Brazil, offering an internal tour showing the culture of the Muslim people. We will also visit the Buddhist Temple with all its magnitude. We also pass through the centre of Foz do Iguazu. The tour does not include a ticket to enter the Ecomuseum. The Ecomuseum is a great option to know the history of Itaipu. Scenarios faithful to the past, electronic totems and a giant model are part of this cultural space. The circuit is divided into modules that depict since the occupation of the plant's area on the Brazilian side to conservation projects conducted by the binational.
