FlyOver Iceland: Entry Ticket

• There is no age limit but children must be 100 cm to participate
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian (13+)
• Free for one carer of a disabled guest
• Ride is not recommended for pregnant women
• Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time
• The experience requires standing for between 20 and 30 minutes, and ascending and descending stairs. If you anticipate having difficulty with standing for 30 minutes, upon arriving at the attraction, please advise one of our Flight Guides, and they will accommodate you to the best of their ability, by providing a folding chair at certain points and minimizing the number of stairs you will have to climb or, if necessary, they will assist you in using our internal lift
• We have excellent access for people with reduced mobility. We have good access for wheelchairs if needed and our flight guides assist with getting up and down the elevator and safely stores wheelchairs or other walking aids while the guest is on the ride. We request that the guest’s assistant helps them take a seat on the ride. Arrangements can also be made if people cannot get out of their wheelchairs. • Swap your smartphone voucher for a ticket with a time slot at the ticketing window upon arrival
• Once you have your time slot, join the queue 10 minutes prior to your assigned time slot. You will gain entrance within 30 minutes
• Shows start every 15-20 minutes
• While FlyOver Iceland is meant for all ages and the ride movement is gently thrilling, guests with the following conditions should not ride and ride at their own risk:- Chronic back or neck pain- Heart conditions- Photosensitive epilepsy or conditions aggravated by visual stimuli such as flashing ride
• There is no weight limit. We do not have extensions for our seatbelts, but the seatbelts are 1.5m/5 feet long. The seats themselves are 50 cm/1.64 feet wide.

• A full refund will apply if you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity start time.
• No refund is possible if you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time.
