One on one or one on two lessons are a great way to get the most out of your lesson and private lessons are available to everyone – absolute beginner, intermediate or the more experienced surfer. Every private lesson is tailored for you. You’ll be amazed how quickly you progress. We have private lessons available all throughout the year at times that are convenient for you. Aotearoa Surf is our only commitment so we are ready anytime to focus on your improvement and love of surfing.

Things to Bring

• Beach wear, Towel, Sunscreen

• Drinking water

• Your surfboard and/or wetsuit, or we will supply

Inclusions

We will provide you with the following when you arrive for your lesson:

• 2 hours private focused coaching with dedicated instructor

• Surfboard and wetsuit hire selected for you and the conditions or bring your own

• Tailored focus

• Measurable improvement

• New concepts

Location

Whilst we are based at Te Arai, Black Swamp & Forestry we are a mobile surf school and also operate from Mangawhai Heads, Matakana and Orewa. We find Te Arai is always the best bet as is most likely to have good waves over other surfing locations.
