Pat's Home Thai Cooking Class

In this class, you get to visit the Thai local market and cook inside my house. My home is located in Phuket which is in the Andaman Sea in southern Thailand. After visiting the market you get to prepare an ingredient for the foods in my open kitchen. You get to learn how to make 5 dishes including appetizer, salad, soup, curry, and dessert. During class, you get to taste food and season it as you like. Foods are served in my dining room so you can truly enjoy a homelike atmosphere. The recipe is given along with my certificate to certify that you have successfully completed in an authentic Thai cooking class.
