Traveling Spoon
A Traditional Mughlai and North Indian Meal
Mamta is a professional singer with a master’s degree in music - she has won several awards in India and abroad. She loves poetry and is very creative, visible in the way she has decorated her home. She has also recently started a multi-cuisine restaurant in Agra. Mamta’s husband is a colonel in the army and after years of being an army officer’s wife, entertaining comes naturally to her. She learned cooking after getting married and her food-loving husband and son keep her motivated in the kitchen. Her husband travels often but if he is home during your visit he will show you how to tie a turban and make a paratha.
