Icelandic Horse Ride for Groups

Duration: 1 hour (whole experience can be 1.5-2 hours)
Minimum: 4 people

A wonderful short ride for groups. We ride overlooking a couple of beautiful lakes and a peaceful river, through moors and a sheep farm. This ride has been designed for tour operators who want to add a fun Icelandic horse ride to the program and have groups traveling on a tight schedule. The intro/lesson is quick, and the pace of the tour is relaxed, all geared towards a group of total beginners just wanting to relax together and share a short but fun experience with the famous Icelandic horse and the beautiful nature of Tröllaskagi.

For groups of 2-3 people with more time, we recommend our 2-hour tours (the beach ride or the Viking tour), which are fun for both total beginners and experienced riders.

Tour Details:

• We start with a little introduction to riding the Icelandic horse before the ride, a simple lesson depending on our visitor's experience. Beginners will learn a bit about how to ride, and experienced riders will learn how to ride the Icelandic horse. This is helpful and fun for everyone!
• The whole visit can easily take 60 minutes more than the ride itself, making the total experience 1.5-2 hours.
