A fun filled Four Wheel Drive Experience like no other. Our Private Four Wheel Drive Day Away at Kingfisher Bay Resort on Fraser Island puts you in the driver‚Äôs seat. Get Offroad Ready and push your boundaries to learn the skills to get you set to explore by 4WD. Your day begins at 1000 from Resort Reception. Please be dressed for a day out in the sun and sand as we will be right into the first of a series of activities and learning opportunities.You‚Äôll be behind the wheel of one of our 4WDs and making your way around our exclusive, purpose built training track. You‚Äôll be gaining all sorts of skills to avoid getting into trouble, and also for those times that trouble finds you. Shake off the sand and enjoy a poolside lunch back at the Resort before heading back out and hitting the tracks on a self-drive journey out into the wilderness that is Fraser Island, armed with some great skills to see you worry less, and smile more. The soft sandy tracks of the world‚Äôs largest sand island will lead you through diverse ecosystems and some challenging terrain. Your reward will be spectacular locations inaccessible to the less adventurous.
