Gift vouchers

Once you find the perfect gift or select a custom value gift certificate simply enter the recipient's details and choose to send their gift digitally via email and complete your order with payment with Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Paypal. Gifts sold through the Gifting Owl platform are held as a credit in the platform until the receiver makes a booking. The gift giver can give a recommendation of an experience they might think suits them, but it's ultimately up to the receiver which experience they book.

Select the date and time of the experience you would like to book and enter details required by the activity provider and complete your booking with secure payment via Visa, Mastercard or Amex. If you have received a gift voucher you can pay with your account balance. We do recommend you confirm with the activity provider at least 24 hours before your booking.

Gifting Owl offers full flexibility to its customers. The voucher holder may choose to use their voucher on another experience on giftingowl.com, or multiple experiences to the same value.

The value of your Gifting Owl voucher expires after three (3) years. If the experience that was gifted no longer exists you can choose any other experience from the Gifting Owl website within the voucher’s validity. If the price of the experience has increased since receiving the voucher, you will have to pay the difference. Once a voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, vouchers are no longer flexible.

Suppliers may cancel or reschedule the experience at their discretion. Once an experience is booked, the voucher holder will not receive a refund if they decide to cancel their booking. The voucher holder may contact the supplier directly to arrange to reschedule, however fees may apply.
