How do Gifting Owl gifts work?

Once you find the perfect gift or select a custom value gift certificate, simply enter the recipient's details and choose to send their gift digitally via email. Complete your order with Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Gifts are held as a credit on the platform until the receiver makes a booking. The gift giver can suggest an experience, but the recipient ultimately chooses what to book.

How do Gifting Owl bookings work?

Select the date and time of the experience you would like to book, enter any required details, and complete your booking with secure payment via Visa, Mastercard or Amex. If you have a gift voucher, you can pay with your account balance. We recommend confirming with the activity provider at least 24 hours before your booking.

Can I exchange my gift for something else?

Gifting Owl offers full flexibility. The voucher holder can use their voucher on another experience on giftingowl.com, or split it across multiple experiences of equal or lesser value.

When does my voucher expire?

The value of your Gifting Owl voucher expires after three (3) years. If the gifted experience is no longer listed, you can choose any other experience within the same value. If prices have increased, the difference must be paid. Once a voucher is redeemed and a booking is made, the voucher becomes non-flexible.

What if my experience is cancelled?

Suppliers may cancel or reschedule the experience at their discretion. If an experience is cancelled, the voucher holder should contact the supplier to reschedule. Refunds are not issued for user cancellations, and fees may apply when rescheduling.

Activities galore to choose from on Gifting Owl. I had been wanting to do the Story Bridge climb for ages and I finally got there thanks to the 50th Birthday Gifting Owl voucher I got. It's an awesome present, I'd highly recommend Gifting Owl for a special event or milestone for someone you love.
