How can we source donations for our upcoming charity event?
Sourcing donations for a fundraising event can be tough. At Gifting Owl the process is simple, all you need to do is contact us and send us an outline of your organisation and event. Someone from our team will then be in touch to discuss.
How do our supporters redeem their Gifting Owl voucher?
Gift vouchers are redeemed online through our website at www.giftingowl.com. When we create your donation voucher, a unique code will be generated for the receiver to enter on the website. This redemption code can only be used once. All donation vouchers are valid for 3 years from the time of issue and can be used to book any experience/s on Gifting Owl.
Can we customise the gift voucher for the event or supporter?
You'll have the option to modify the text on the gift voucher to include the name of the supporter and a personal message from your organisation. To make sure you get the most value from your donation you can also choose a unique local experience to give at your event within a set budget.
