Meet just steps from the central Santa Maria Novella train station to board the air-conditioned coach and settle in for a scenic drive from Florence through the Tuscan countryside. Stop at a winery in the Chianti Classico hills for a tour of the vineyard, production areas, and barrel room before relaxing over a tasting of three wines and local olive oil. After free time to make purchases (optional; own expense), board the bus for the short drive to the second Chianti Classico winery to visit the estate and compare production methods. Cap off your tour with a wine tasting of three different labels paired with Tuscan olive oil, cheese, cold cuts, and other local specialties. Opt to browse the winery shop to select gourmet souvenirs to take home before the bus transfer back to the departure point.
