Horton Plains National Park Admission Ticket with Guide Option
Book your preferred ticket option and travel to the Horton Plains Park’s Ohiya or Pattipola entrance independently or after meeting your guide (guided option only). It’s recommended to arrive early to beat the mid-morning mists that sometimes limit the views within the park. Prebooking lets you avoid ticket-purchase lines at the gate to save you time and potential hassle. Inside the park, follow the approximate 6-mile (9.5-kilometer) circular trail independently, or with your guide to provide insight on route. The well-marked, moderately strenuous route crosses stunning grasslands and cloud forests to three scenic highpoints: Mini World’s End, World’s End, and Baker’s Fall. Absorb the spectacular views at the World’s End and Mini World’s End escarpments; and see Baker’s Falls, an idyllic natural waterfall. As you walk, look for wildlife like samba deer, monkeys, and exotic birds. After your roughly 3-hour scenic trek, your experience ends when you exit the park.
