Janzu Aquatic Massage Therapy
With a background in massage therapy and yoga instruction, I have dedicated my work to healing and relaxation in water. For me, water is a space for release, healing, and inner balance. Each session is guided with full presence and adapted to the physical and emotional needs of the individual. Unlike traditional massages or wellness treatments, this experience takes place entirely in water, where the body is freed from gravity and the nervous system can truly slow down. Janzu movements, aquatic massage, and immersion techniques allow tension to dissolve gradually, guiding both body and mind into a deep state of calm.
