London Walking Tour with Westminster, Churchill War Rooms
Meet up with your guide and tour group in central London near the Boadicea and Her Daughters statue. From there, learn all about London during World War II from your guide on a walking tour of sights including Westminster Abbey, the House of Parliament, and Big Ben. As you hear stories about WWII’s impact on the city, you’ll see where buildings were hit by the Blitz bombing. You can also take photos beside a statue of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Once you reach the Churchill War Rooms, you’ll swap your in-person guide for an audio guide, allowing you to explore on your own. Listen to audio snippets of Churchill’s famous wartime speeches and learn all about his life as you navigate the Churchill Museum at your own pace.
