Your tour begins at a central location, where you greet your guide and immediately immerse yourself in the spooky atmosphere of historic St. Augustine. Following your costumed guide, stroll through the dimly lit streets to spots of reputed haunting. Creep through two cemeteries, listening to spine-tingling tales of ghost sightings, and delve into the haunted history of the Old Fort and the city gates. Your tour ends back at the original starting point.

• 1. A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.
• 2. If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.
• 3. If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.
• 4. If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.
